JESUS Christ said as written in John 15:20 (Amplified Bible) "Remember [and continue to remember] that I told you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.".
Why they would persecute is lack of hearing JESUS Christ Words from You. The 2 levels are: to be hated or to be lower level persecuted.
