The Book Of Proverbs was written long before this Sermon's John 16:25.
When Any census Person Broadcasts JESUS Christ's Words such as written in "The Book Of Proverbs", then JESUS Christ may reference it hence it becomes Clearly Part Of The Holy Bible;
