JESUS Christ had explained that "that no one can come to me' 'unless the Father has enabled them' " and Found Them Worthy" (http://0www.20m.com/jesusjohn6v65.html), and then as written in John 6:66 New Living Translation "At this point many of his disciples turned away and deserted him". Note how the number (https://biblehub.com/revelation/13-18.htm) and the verse words as many people opted, fitted together. On the radio yesterday 105.7 FM Dr. Ferguson said to increase awareness of JESUS Christ was as "velcro".
So there is a Flow from "fitted" to Higher Level "velcro" [that makes a ripping sound if to opt to tear apart], and yet also to Higher Level "flesh" [JESUS Christ in the hands of the unfit, the deserters].
JESUS Christ said "I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven" (Matthew 18:18), so what would those deserts have remained in after their souls [the stump and remnant as much as alive (https://biblehub.com/isaiah/11-10.htm)] passed away from the census would have to virtually repeat the course. Purgatory is the place where the soul is cleansed of all impurities" (Merriam-Webster).
The fire is known for removing impurities, that deserters opt to lift [boasting of wrongdoings], rather than rightly opting to be found worthy for uplifting in the Heavenly Spirit. With as written in Ezekiel 11:19 New Living Translation "And I will give them singleness of heart and put a new spirit within them. I will take away their stony, stubborn heart and give them a tender, responsive heart,". And written in https://biblehub.com/daniel/11-35.htm Brenton Septuagint Translation "And some of them that understand shall fall, to try them as with fire, and to test them, and that they may be manifested at the time of the end, for the matter is yet for a set time".
So any of little faith fall to lower level(s), or stray to repeat, to try again. They have their reward(s) already, in their situation, and as much as previously in such "situation" (though see old JESUS Christ ICCDBB Sermon on how if to "repeat" then with continuous improvement to quickly accomplish the level known in so doing as one type of a Leap Of Faith.
Behold rather the Faithful value in JESUS Christ, to be able to accomplish a place in Heaven (New Beginning: Better), and if more, then to Faithfully Leap In Faith even to Work the New Earth Level and even if to Work the Creating of the Higher Level New Heaven!

This title verse is very negative though "turned away and deserted him" is as 2 negatives, not making a positive [reference such as robbery and kidnapping: both negatives and not positive], though fits together atypically; as JESUS Christ would rather All be Faithful for JESUS to speak of Higher Levels that abound for Far Better for All. Negatives interfere concerning Ascending, such as to opt to go off the elevator too soon and then such as to climb the stairs rather than worse delay.
To be creating the New Heaven With JESUS Christ, and what would it be like? Biblically as to Ascend from "sheep" (His created people) level to new and improved human level, as some have stated. Though the Ascending through JESUS Christ thereafter should [of Grace] continue.
