JESUS Christ proclaimed in front of the whispering multitude and in front of those that sought to kill Him as written in
John 7:37 New International Version, NIV, "On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, 'Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink' " (https://biblehub.com/john/7-37.htm).
JESUS Christ Preached with Authority [All Knowing Eternally] as the multitude had stated previously. Many translations of the Greek word "Ean" (ibid.) had the English word "If", but that translation doesn't fit (previous sentence). For instance JESUS Christ said as written

The words "If" and "unless" refer to the individual's option to choose to be Faithfully Right with JESUS Christ Centerline Ascending Best For All according to JESUS Christ, or to choose from the plethora of risky strayed ways of temptations. So the NIV translation handled the matter superbly of the essence of the Grace Plan of JESUS Christ.
