JESUS Christ had met previously with Nicodemus, and "as the naysayers could not legally arrest JESUS Christ, the naysayers" started blaming others (previous Sermon).
John 7:50 New Living Translation "Then Nicodemus, the leader who had met with Jesus earlier, spoke up" [in defense of JESUS Christ, hence also in defense of the "others" who were being blamed].
John 7:50 Formula "Then Nicodemus," = "the leader who had met with Jesus earlier," x "spoke up".
"Courage in Faith" "Nicodemus demonstrates courage by speaking up for Jesus amidst opposition",
"Nicodemus" previous to the above verse was "He that came to Jesus by night", and
"Nicodemus's journey from a secret inquirer to a public defender of Jesus illustrates the process of spiritual growth" (https://biblehub.com/john/7-50.htm).
So "Nicodemus" was with JESUS Christ Exemplar's "Courage in Faith" illustrating "the process of spiritual growth", so "Nicodemus" was also Exemplar Likewise unto JESUS Christ, in other words "Nicodemus" was in JESUS Christ's Courageous Spirit Best For All
even though the "naysayers" opted the opposite as written "But my people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted, following the stubborn desires of their evil hearts. They went backward instead of forward" (https://biblehub.com/jeremiah/7-24.htm)

with the development of a feeling of unity in togetherness of Good Purpose hence the Good Spirit,
