JESUS Christ in the previous verse knew the people did "not understand", so explained for them "It is because you cannot bear to listen to my words" (https://biblehub.com/john/8-43.htm) and continued as written in

John 8:44 New International Version "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies" (https://biblehub.com/john/8-44.htm),

and "belong to" means as stated in the verse, and also can mean as a prisoner in prison (see below "census"), also meaning "here" (https://translate.google.com/?sl=el&tl=en&text=%E1%BC%90%CF%83%CF%84%E1%BD%B2&op=translate) [in more concise meaning] as in "You belong" "here" [where you have been until these times] (see below "census").

JESUS Christ made the Pillar Of Faith with His Faithfully Centerline Ascending, and JESUS Christ made the vertical Grace JIA (see above "Definitions"), also JESUS Christ made the Firmament Levels and the lesser levels; JESUS Christ created all these parameters for Our sakes [hence "innocent and Moral"]..

And JESUS Christ is aware that the people formed secular Government (1st Testament [as discussed at times in this Series]) for to Give the strayed and fallen a mild sentence [generally speaking, also Mercy applies (also see in this Series on Best Guiding For All Before The Fact rather than such as incarceration or worse).

Census (1st Testament) counting is required, though as many as under Government Law meant that the census became not merely with the secular level legal innocent people, but also census included the worldly level.

Census Law in the past "struck" "down" (see Acts 12:23 below) various people, and as stated there have been those in Heavenly Places that have "struck" "down", and have such as "fallen as lightning out of heaven" (previous Sermon at http://0www.20m.com/jesusjohn8:43.html).

"Souls in the various Higher and lower levels are vulnerable" (ibid.) though not merely for having broken the Law, such as after Government over census and the Law, in the 2nd Testament was as written in Acts 12:23 "Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel of the Lord struck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died".

The census Government Law did not murder that person [Herod].

It was a matter of census Grace, formerly called [as if] an act of God, though JESUS Christ is full of Desperately Giving Mercy [and other Gifts Of His Righteous Good Spirit].

If the "angel" "struck him down" as of census normally reading Acts 12:23, then the "angel" evidently murdered: "Judge not lest ye be judged" (https://biblehub.com/tnt/matthew/7.htm).

Though with the many Biblical warnings, if the "angel" "struck him down" in the sense of establishing above stated "parameters", then the "angel" is "innocent and Moral" as stated above, and as Sent as stated above: "JESUS Christ created all these parameters for Our sakes".

So there are Legal consequences, and there are Moral consequences [prior to Mosaic Law and prior to census Governmental Law that the people could not distinguish since not existing until existing, from the perspective of the people]. So in JESUS Christ Faithfully, like unto the "angel", if together to create a New Beginning, with New Heaven On Earth, then to be aware with Mercy for their sakes.

Government has incarcerated and murdered, and look at the danger about as above is made abundantly clear in John 8:44 "murderer", so Government Desperately needs to do something now, to start to Overcome that guilt.

So Government Before The Fact needs start, Bibles in schools would be good, yet

rather with starting from the top of census Government through broadcasting initiating JESUS Christ UN 5 Pennies Law With System with removal of mines, and precept on precept likewise removing bombs and WMDs and similar and plans to make such of suicidal tendencies (http://0www.20m.com/index.html) that rather We need to Best Guid, also bear in mind that after a planner commits suicide then who would be stuck with the balance of the war they started?

Rather Mercy, Peace, and Higher Level Joy as JESUS Christ Explained.

Revelation 21:1 "Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea".
