A Prophet can Prophesy about a Joy and/or a distress such as coming in 1 year or some other future date.

So the People would perhaps ("such as coming in 1 year" as stated above) for "1 year" feel hopeful Joy, though feel the Desperate Need to prepare for "famine" especially and the deadline comes at the end of the "seven years of great abundance".

Yet what does the Prophet "feel"?

The Prophet would Feel Perfect.

The Prophet would also feel Good for the People and Best For All,

though also for All to be Desperately Centerline Ascending
